Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage a high volume of interviews (15–20 per day).
- Evaluate candidates’ motivation to join MAVI and alignment with the role.
- Assess candidates’ past impact, ownership, and execution mindset.
- Drive the interview process end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear and effective communication
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
- Experience working with or recruiting for startups (US, Canada, LATAM, or similar markets).
- Experience in global hiring across tech and/or non-tech roles.
- Ability to handle high interview volumes consistently.
