🤓 As a Tech Recruitment Specialist, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification and evaluation to submitting shortlists and providing follow-up.
Maintain smooth and transparent communication with candidates, clients/partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive experience.
Facilitate the onboarding of new clients/partners, ensuring accurate position requirements gathering and negotiating offer conditions.
Coordinate calibration meetings and manage ongoing communication with clients/partners.
Optimize processes by analyzing metrics and indicators to improve efficiency.
Develop business opportunities by driving up-sell, cross-sell, and account recovery strategies.
Collaborate on the development of business strategies, product improvements, etc.

Requisitos

✨ You are the person we are looking for if…

+2 years of experience as a Recruiter, handling tech roles (e.g., Development, Infra, Product, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in English.
Experience managing client relationships, service delivery, and negotiating with stakeholders.
Experience handling high volumes of selection processes with autonomy.
Experience performing Boolean searches.
Experience generating, documenting, and scaling processes.
Excellent communication and empathy skills.
