Responsibilities

🤓 As a Tech Recruitment Specialist, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification and evaluation to submitting shortlists and providing follow-up.
  • Maintain smooth and transparent communication with candidates, clients/partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients/partners, ensuring accurate position requirements gathering and negotiating offer conditions.
  • Coordinate calibration meetings and manage ongoing communication with clients/partners.
  • Optimize processes by analyzing metrics and indicators to improve efficiency.
  • Develop business opportunities by driving up-sell, cross-sell, and account recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate on the development of business strategies, product improvements, etc.

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if…

  • +2 years of experience as a Recruiter, handling tech roles (e.g., Development, Infra, Product, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience managing client relationships, service delivery, and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Experience handling high volumes of selection processes with autonomy.
  • Experience performing Boolean searches.
  • Experience generating, documenting, and scaling processes.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
