Responsabilidades
🤓 As a Tech Recruitment Specialist, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification and evaluation to submitting shortlists and providing follow-up.
- Maintain smooth and transparent communication with candidates, clients/partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive experience.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients/partners, ensuring accurate position requirements gathering and negotiating offer conditions.
- Coordinate calibration meetings and manage ongoing communication with clients/partners.
- Optimize processes by analyzing metrics and indicators to improve efficiency.
- Develop business opportunities by driving up-sell, cross-sell, and account recovery strategies.
- Collaborate on the development of business strategies, product improvements, etc.
Requisitos
✨ You are the person we are looking for if…
- +2 years of experience as a Recruiter, handling tech roles (e.g., Development, Infra, Product, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience managing client relationships, service delivery, and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Experience handling high volumes of selection processes with autonomy.
- Experience performing Boolean searches.
- Experience generating, documenting, and scaling processes.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
