Responsibilities
As Product Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
Own the product roadmap aligned to company goals and market trends
Engage directly with customers to translate insights into features
Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver exceptional user experiences
Drive data-driven decisions using analytics and user feedback
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ship on time
Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and launches
Requirements
You are the person they are looking for if you have:
3+ years of product management experience (construction tech a plus)
Strong UX sense — ability to design and deliver user-focused products
Proven track record of turning customer feedback into shipped features
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to prioritize decisions
Solid understanding of software development processes
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales and engineering
