Responsabilidades
As Product Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
- Own the product roadmap aligned to company goals and market trends
- Engage directly with customers to translate insights into features
- Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Drive data-driven decisions using analytics and user feedback
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ship on time
- Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and launches
Requisitos
You are the person they are looking for if you have:
- 3+ years of product management experience (construction tech a plus)
- Strong UX sense — ability to design and deliver user-focused products
- Proven track record of turning customer feedback into shipped features
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to prioritize decisions
- Solid understanding of software development processes
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales and engineering
