Responsabilidades
🤓 As a Head of Product, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
Define and own Heva’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Lead end-to-end product development across AI workflows, patient experiences, provider operations, payments, and platform infrastructure.
Drive product discovery through direct observation of provider workflows, patient interactions, and operational pain points to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Partner closely with Engineering and AI teams to shape conversational systems, automation workflows, AI interaction models, and intelligent product experiences.
Collaborate deeply with Design teams—or directly contribute to design thinking—to ensure exceptional product quality, usability, and customer experience.
Translate fragmented operational processes into elegant, scalable, and user-centric product systems.
Own product prioritization, experimentation, release planning, and continuous iteration cycles.
Build intuitive experiences across mobile applications, conversational interfaces, operational workflows, and payment systems.
Define trust-sensitive AI experiences where automation and human intervention work seamlessly together.
Foster strong cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
Define, track, and optimize key product metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, automation efficiency, and GMV-related KPIs.
Recruit, mentor, and scale the Product organization over time, including Product Managers, Product Designers, and embedded product roles.
Establish and evolve Heva’s product principles, design standards, and long-term product culture.
Requisitos
You are the person they are looking for if you have...
8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong foundation in Product Design.
Previous experience as a Product Designer, Senior Product Designer, Staff Designer, Design Lead, or in a similar design-focused role.
Demonstrated progression into Product Leadership, Product Strategy, or Product Management positions.
Exceptional product judgment, strong UX intuition, and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products from concept to market.
Strong experience building workflow-intensive products within SaaS, Healthcare, Marketplace, Fintech, or AI-native environments.
Deep expertise in user-centered product development, customer discovery, and product research methodologies.
Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
Familiarity with AI-native product development, including LLM-powered workflows, conversational experiences, agentic systems, automation, and trust/escalation frameworks.
Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams on product architecture, technical trade-offs, and implementation decisions.
Proficiency with design tools and the ability to actively contribute to design reviews, product experience discussions, and usability decisions.
Strong analytical skills combined with sound business judgment and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Fluency in Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
