Responsabilidades

🤓 As a AI Product Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

Own how the AI agent behaves: what it understands, how it responds, and how it guides a user to complete a transfer.
Write clear specs — the goal, the tools the agent can use, and the rules it must follow.
Build and own the evaluation process that decides whether the agent is good enough to ship, and make it a step before every release.
Turn conversation data into prioritized improvements, and confirm the fixes move real metrics.
Treat safety and compliance as part of the design — this is real money movement (KYC, limits, blacklist).
Track the metrics that matter (conversion, drop-off, latency, cost per conversation) and use them tocguide the roadmap.
Work closely with engineering to ship and iterate fast.

Requisitos

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have....

5+ years of experience in product management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish required, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups within the Mexican communities in the United States.
Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Strong capability in strategic planning, market analysis, and problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
