Responsabilidades

🤓 As a IT Operations Support, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

  • Provide daily technical support to office and remote staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, access, and IT assets through Google Workspace, MDM, and VPN tools.
  • Set up and maintain equipment for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding and system access.
  • Monitor device and network security compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures for onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and other teams to ensure operational continuity and identify automation opportunities.

Requisitos

You are the person they are looking for if you have....

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
  • Experience in tech or office support environments preferred.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
