Responsabilidades
🤓 As a IT Operations Support, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
- Provide daily technical support to office and remote staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access, and IT assets through Google Workspace, MDM, and VPN tools.
- Set up and maintain equipment for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding and system access.
- Monitor device and network security compliance with company standards.
- Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures for onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with People Ops and other teams to ensure operational continuity and identify automation opportunities.
Requisitos

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Experience in tech or office support environments preferred.
- Strong ownership, communication, and organizational skills.
