Tech Sourcer

🤓 As a Tech Sourcer, Talenlty expects you to perform the following tasks:

• Support the search for candidates for positions assigned by Tech Recruiters (TRS), aligned with the specific requirements of each client.
• Use the Talently platform, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify suitable tech talent.
• Participate in weekly meetings with clients to receive updates on the pipeline of assigned positions.
• Support People, Operations and Product initiatives

• You are a final-year student in Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
• Conversational English.
• You have knowledge of IT recruitment.
• You are familiar with recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• You have effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• You have a great desire to learn, grow professionally, and are willing to propose new ideas.

• You have +6 months of experience in recruitment (including pre-professional internships).
• A passion for using tools like Make, Zapier, Loom, Calendly, Notion, etc.
• A passion for participating in and organizing networking and employer branding events.
• Experience interacting directly with clients (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Services, etc.).
• Comfort working in dynamic environments.
