🤓 As Senior Account Executive (US Market), the company expects you to perform the following tasks.

  • Strategic Prospecting and Opportunity Development:

Research and analyze markets to identify and qualify US accounts aligned with Talently’s value proposition.

Develop effective and personalized outbound strategies (cold calling, customized LinkedIn connections, emails, introductions) to engage key prospects.

Organize events for the community of CTOs, Product Directors, Marketing, and HR leaders from top companies in the US.

Use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other relevant platforms to generate contacts and initiate conversations with prospects.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management (from prospecting to closing):

Conduct consultative meetings with clients to understand their needs, goals, and specific challenges, strategically handling objections.

Develop and present high-impact proposals, highlighting how Talently’s solutions meet the client’s needs.

Build long-term relationships with key CTOs, technology directors, product managers, and HR leaders in the US market.

  • Account Expansion:

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with a focus on win-win solutions.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts, promoting the adoption of new services.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, overseeing the initial experience to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Act as a strategic partner for Enterprise accounts, helping them maximize the value of their investment in Talently, anticipating their future needs, and maintaining regular contact.

  • Leadership, Collaboration and Reporting:

Lead one team member initially, with the potential to expand the team in the future.

Work directly with the CEO to align sales strategies with the company vision.

Collaborate closely with other teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure client needs are reflected in Talently’s services.

Provide data-driven insights and client feedback to improve sales strategies and optimize the value proposition.

Be the primary accountability owner for sales in the US, monitoring and reporting progress in the pipeline, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are met.

Manage the CRM and ensure that all interactions and relevant client data are up to date.

Analyze market trends and individual results to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities.

Requisitos

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have...

  • Proven experience in the US: Minimum 3 years in full cycle sales or similar roles in the US market.
  • Communication and leadership skills: Ability to negotiate, influence, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Tool proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (preferably HubSpot or similar), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Languages: Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
