🤓 As a Payments Platform, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

• Payments platform strategy. Define the vision, roadmap, and product architecture for the shared capabilities that power Zapp’s transaction lifecycle.
• Pricing, limits, and incentives. Own configurable systems for fees, FX spreads, user and transaction limits, credits, rewards, discounts, and experiments across customers, amounts, corridors, and partners.
• Decisioning and routing. Own the decision engine that selects processors, MTOs, payout networks, and rails based on cost, availability, limits, risk, performance, and business priorities. Ensure decisions are transparent, explainable, and auditable.
• Provider integrations. Lead product ownership of integrations with payment processors, banks, MTOs, payout networks, and fraud providers, including data contracts, transaction states, error handling, retries, failover, idempotency, and reconciliation requirements.

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have....

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience owning backend or platform products.
• Strong experience working on payments, pricing, rules engines, decision systems, or integrations.
• Background in fintech, payments, remittances, or financial infrastructure.
• Comfortable working with complex systems, edge cases, and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to reason about unit economics, risk, and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working closely with engineers on technical product areas.
