Responsibilities
🤓 As a Growth Marketing Lead, the company expects you to perform the following tasks
- Own and scale direct-booked revenue generated through paid acquisition channels.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end acquisition funnels, from paid advertising through landing pages and booking flows.
- Develop, test, and iterate on creatives, messaging, offers, and funnel experiences.
- Improve conversion rates across all stages of the customer journey.
- Establish structured experimentation frameworks for creatives, copy, landing pages, and growth initiatives.
- Design and document scalable growth processes, testing cadences, and optimization workflows.
- Leverage tools such as Meta Ads, HubSpot, analytics platforms, and AI solutions to drive performance.
- Improve attribution, tracking, reporting accuracy, and marketing insights.
- Use automation and AI tools to increase campaign efficiency and execution speed.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of junior growth team members.
- Contribute to building a scalable growth function that can support long-term company expansion.

- Proven experience managing monthly paid media budgets of $20K–$50K+ through Meta Ads.
- Strong experience building, launching, and optimizing high-converting landing pages.
- A solid background in performance marketing and direct-response marketing principles.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics including CAC, CVR, LTV, and payback period.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, HubSpot, analytics platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to experimentation, testing, and measurement.
- The ability to execute quickly, iterate efficiently, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience owning or directly influencing revenue-generating initiatives.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with company leadership.
