🤓 As a Customer Success Engineer, the company expects you to...
- Own the technical relationship with enterprise customers across the Americas.
- Support technical pre-sales conversations, including architecture reviews, technical discovery, POCs, demos, integrations, and security or compliance questions.
- Lead customer onboarding and help customers successfully adopt the platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues directly with customers and know when to involve Engineering.
- Work closely with senior engineers, SREs, and platform teams to understand their architecture and technical needs.
- Proactively manage customer health, adoption risks, expansion opportunities, and potential churn signals.
- Partner closely with the Account Executive, who will own pricing, negotiations, and other commercial conversations.
- Communicate customer status, risks, and next steps proactively with internal stakeholders.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy as the main Customer Success Engineer covering the Americas time zone.
Requisitos

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Professional experience building and supporting production software.
- Experience working with at least two modern programming languages.
- Strong ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot unfamiliar code.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment concepts.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently.
- Genuine interest in working with customers and solving technical problems alongside them.
- Availability to work within the Americas time zones, ideally based in LATAM, with US East Coast as a secondary option.

- Experience with feature flags, experimentation platforms, or progressive delivery.
- Open-source experience.
- Experience with self-hosted or on-premise products.
- Exposure to highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
- Experience running technical demos or presentations for engineers or executives.
