Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and drive a culture of technical excellence and learning.
Tackle our most challenging production incidents, applying deep systems expertise to identify and resolve root causes.
Advance our observability and telemetry systems to support rapid debugging and system optimization.

Requisitos

8+ years of backend-focused engineering experience with a strong track record of building and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency in Go is a must—you’ve used it extensively in production systems and are comfortable architecting complex backend services in a Go-based ecosystem.
Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives, from early technical exploration to launching scalable, production-ready systems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Deep knowledge of modern backend architecture, including microservices, event-driven systems, and API design (REST, gRPC, or GraphQL).
Strong operational experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability best practices.
Ability to design resilient systems with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
A track record of technical leadership—mentoring engineers, guiding design discussions, and contributing to long-term architectural strategy.
