Responsabilidades

As part of Talently’s expansion, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team will be responsible for generating and qualifying high-quality leads to support the sales team, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

The Sales Development Representative should have experience in lead generation and prospecting, and be used to working in startup environments. This role is key to driving the company’s growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify and attract potential clients. We're looking for someone with the experience to target medium and large-sized companies.

🤓 As a Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to:

  • Generate qualified meetings that convert into opportunities and closed deals through manual and automated prospecting, using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through market research and analysis of inbound records, turning them into business opportunities.
  • Engage with inbound leads to increase the volume of qualified meetings, using calls and asynchronous outreach across multiple channels.
  • Minimize meeting no-shows by ensuring prospect attendance through confirmation and follow-up strategies.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads that can turn into new business opportunities.
  • Identify and build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target companies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of generated leads and effective follow-up.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and organize the lead database, ensuring a steady flow of new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align demand generation strategies and optimize lead acquisition.

Requisitos

✨ You’re the right fit if you have...

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation or prospecting for tech or recruitment services/products
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or prospecting in the US and/or Canada.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Startup experience and familiarity with HRTech and/or SaaS products/services.
  • Knowledge and experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • A proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a strong goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
