Responsabilidades

🤓 As IT Services Systems Administrator, the company expects you to perform the following tasks.

Actively participate as part of the IT Services technical team, attending internal meetings and engaging with team members at all levels.
Collect and analyze business technical requirements.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and war rooms.
Participate in proof-of-concept processes and requirements development.
Collaborate with external consultants on implementations.
Work independently, prioritizing tasks according to schedule.
Provide regular updates to the Managed Services Supervisor and IT Services Director
regarding issues, impediments, escalations, and resource needs.
Recommend process improvements and new solutions.
Support the development of new products and solutions.
Communicate process enhancements and areas of concern to management.

Experience: 3–6 years of direct, relevant experience in similar roles.

Key Skills

Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure (management).
EntraID Console Management (AAD), Active Directory, and GPO management.
Intune Console Management.
Virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Horizon View, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV/Acropolis.
Linux server configuration and management.
Storage solutions: Pure Storage Flasharray, Flashblade, NAS.
Backup and recovery tools: VEEAM, Cohesity, and other hyperconverged solutions.
Centralized patching tools: Tanium, SCCM, WSUS.
SolarWinds platform configuration and management.
Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell.
Windows Client platforms (Windows 10, 11).
Knowledge of ITIL and Change Management processes.
Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Firewall and security technologies: Palo Alto, VPN, VLANs, SSL/TLS, security hardening, antimalware, digital certificates, encryption.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields.

Certifications (desired):

Language: Advanced English level.
