🤓 As EAI Consultant, the company expects you to perform the following tasks.

• Administer and monitor interfaces in complex SAP environments, ensuring continuous performance and availability.
• Provide technical support and efficiently resolve integration issues, performing in-depth technical analysis to identify root causes of failures or bottlenecks.
• Create and manage support tickets with appropriate documentation, collaborating with IT departments and business stakeholders to design long-term solutions.
• Integrate internal or third-party business applications into the SAP landscape, performing data conversions and migrations to ensure consistent and accurate data exchange.
• Contribute to landscape harmonization and interface rationalization efforts.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and product descriptions.
• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

• Experience operating multiple SAP landscapes simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of EAI tools, interfaces, and technologies, including:
• SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM.
• Middleware technologies such as Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.
• IDocs, OData, REST, SOAP, RFC, SFTP.
• Familiarity with interface management platforms and API-first architectures.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP eWM integrations and iPaaS solutions (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft).
