Responsabilidades

Estimation & Operations:

Analyze architectural and structural drawings for reinforced concrete projects
Perform quantity takeoffs for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural elements
Validate AI-generated construction element objects and provide feedback for accuracy improvements
Collaborate with customers to clarify project specifications and requirements
Document estimation methodologies and best practices

Automation & Development:

Work with existing Grasshopper scripts that read construction objects from our database
Develop automated workflows that extract object properties and generate accurate 3D models
Integrate modeling scripts with Revit through Rhino.Inside.Revit for visualization and validation
Improve and extend automated modeling capabilities based on real project learnings
Collaborate with our AI team to enhance model accuracy and processing speed

Requisitos

3-5 years in the construction industry, specifically with:
Reinforced concrete structures (residential, commercial, or infrastructure)
Structural contractors, general contractors, or estimation firms
Understanding of concrete construction processes, formwork, and rebar placement
Revit experience with structural models (intermediate level - you don’t need to be a BIM expert)
Intermediate proficiency with Rhino and Grasshopper, including:
Understanding of computational logic and parametric design principles
Experience creating and modifying Grasshopper definitions
Python programming knowledge
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for quantity takeoffs
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (LATAM operations/US clients)
Experience working on US construction projects
Power user proficiency with generative AI tools - essential for success in our AI-native startup environment
