• Conduct thorough testing of chatbot functionality and performance.
• Identify and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously optimize chatbot responses and conversation flows based on user feedback and analytics.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying chatbot solutions. (1 year min)
• Strong understanding of chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
• Experience with NLP/NLU technologies and machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Proficiency in chatbot development frameworks and tools.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
• Experience with API integration and database management.
• Knowledge of NLP/NLU algorithms and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
