Responsabilidades
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and DevOps engineers, to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across the application stack.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
- Manage technical debt and balance the need for new features with maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
Requisitos
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization/orchestration tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
