Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain new product features and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tools.
• Write clean, secure, well-tested, and thoroughly documented code to ensure system reliability.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to build and ship end-to-end features.
• Improve performance, strengthen observability, and increase the operational stability of production systems.
• Proactively debug and resolve issues across web services, databases, applications, and internal tools.
• Participate in critical technical decision-making and contribute to the long-term product vision.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Computer Science Foundations: Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Technical Pragmatism: A tool-agnostic mindset, viewing technologies as a means to solve user problems and drive impact.
• High Agency & Ownership: A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from conception to completion.
