Senior Full Stack Engineer

Purpose of the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing scalable software solutions within a cross-functional team. You’ll oversee the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, using modern technologies and frameworks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and a keen eye for design and functionality.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day to Day)

✅ Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end applications using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, ExpressJS, Flask, Fastify, etc.).

✅ Design, build, and optimize REST and gRPC APIs.

✅ Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage cloud-based solutions.

✅ Manage relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres.

✅ Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other engineers to build seamless user experiences.

✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance.

✅ Work in an agile environment with regular sprints, code reviews, and team collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate

🔹 Has 5+ years of experience shipping high-complexity code.

🔹 Has worked with large development teams and understands agile methodologies.

🔹 Has experience building scalable APIs and working with CI/CD pipelines.

🔹 Is comfortable working with LLMs (Large Language Models) using OpenAI or Anthropic.

🔹 Has strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and a passion for technology.

🔹 Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take on new challenges.

🔹 Is professionally bilingual in English and Spanish.
