Responsabilidades
🤓 As Head of Sales, heva expects you to:
Own and execute the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment between revenue goals and overall business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization across multiple countries, growing the team from 7 to 15–20 members.
Design and optimize the entire sales process, from pipeline generation and qualification to forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
Build repeatable and predictable revenue systems through strong sales discipline, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.
Develop sales playbooks, scripts, presentations, and methodologies that enable the team to scale efficiently.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Establish and track key sales metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales velocity, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and improve customer acquisition.
Own relationships with clinics, hospitals, and medical providers, positioning heva’s platform as a critical growth and operational solution.
Evaluate, implement, and manage BPO or outsourced sales operations when they contribute to business growth.
Drive CRM adoption, sales process standardization, and best practices across the organization.
Build the foundation for long-term commercial scalability while remaining hands-on in day-to-day sales execution.
Requisitos
✨ You're the person they're looking for if you have:
8+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong experience leading and scaling sales teams in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
Experience managing distributed and remote teams across multiple countries.
Solid background in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS companies.
Demonstrated experience building sales processes, playbooks, qualification frameworks, and forecasting models.
Deep understanding of pipeline management, sales operations, and revenue performance metrics.
Experience implementing and driving adoption of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and operate hands-on.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mentality, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-changing environments.
Professional English proficiency and fluent Spanish.
