🤓 As a Fullstack Engineer, the company expects you to perform the following tasks

• Design and implement scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js on the frontend, and Node.js (Express or NestJS) on the backend.
• Deploy and manage cloud resources using AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS) and define Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via AWS CDK.
• Architect and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• For Senior/Staff: Lead the design of distributed systems, microservices, and API integrations that support high-growth SaaS environments.
• Maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews.
• Work closely with stakeholders and product teams in the USA and LATAM to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have...

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript (both frontend and backend).
• Strong experience with Node.js frameworks, specifically NestJS or Express.
• Expertise in React and the Next.js ecosystem (App Router, Server Components).
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and modern ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS services (Lambda, S3, ECS). Familiarity with AWS CDK is a significant plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory (B2/C1 level), as you will be collaborating directly with USA-based clients.

Note: Salary is scaled from $1,500 to $8,000 USD/mo based on seniority level (Mid, Senior, or Staff) and placement within either LATAM or USA-market projects.
