🤓 As a Forward Deployed Engineer, the company expects you to...

• Work with CEO,Chief of Staff, and operational teams to identify valuable automation opportunities.
• Observe existing workflows and document their steps, exceptions, dependencies, and pain points.
• Establish baseline volumes, time requirements, and costs before building.
• Prioritize opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and operational risk.
• Build software and agentic workflows within the company’s existing tools.
• Implement evaluations, monitoring, retries, and human approval points where needed.
• Protect financial actions and guest data through appropriate failure handling.
• Support users through rollout, collect feedback, and refine solutions until adoption is sustained.
• Measure verified hours saved and whether workflows remain in use after handover.
• Document implementations and create reusable playbooks for future deployments.

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have...

• A strong software engineering background, with hands-on coding skills in Python or TypeScript and SQL.
• Deep practical experience building AI systems, particularly agentic automations, for production use.
• Experience with LLM tool use, structured outputs, retrieval, and agent execution loops.
• Delivered workflows inside a real business and supported their adoption after launch.
• Experience integrating existing systems through APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party data models.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• The curiosity to observe how people work, identify undocumented rules, and ask useful questions.
• Good judgment about which steps need conventional software, AI, or human review.
• Experience debugging production failures and improving system reliability.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• An active practice of using AI development tools and critically evaluating their output.

• Measured improvements through hours saved, reduced errors, or sustained adoption.
• Experience documenting and handing over systems so teams can maintain them independently.
• Working Spanish for collaboration with operational teams.
