Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

🤓 As a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX), the company expects you to:

• Lead the design strategy aligned with the product vision and business goals.
• Develop a comprehensive UX framework that ensures seamless and intuitive user interactions.
• Prototype the user interface with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and sales) to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Create design documentation, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy and prototyping skills
• Experience building and implementing design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies: user research, personas, and usability testing

• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with Product Managers and engineers
• Professional English and native Spanish
