Responsabilidades
🤓 As a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX), the company expects you to:
Lead the design strategy aligned with the product vision and business goals.
Develop a comprehensive UX framework that ensures seamless and intuitive user interactions.
Prototype the user interface with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and sales) to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
Create design documentation, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Requisitos

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy and prototyping skills
Experience building and implementing design systems
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies: user research, personas, and usability testing
Ability to create interactive prototypes and functional mockups
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with Product Managers and engineers
Professional English and native Spanish
