Responsabilidades
🤓 As a Business Intelligence Analyst the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources (T-SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through automated processes, incident handling, and request escalation.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Develop and deliver consolidated management reports and KPIs.
- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to enable chatbots to understand and respond to user queries effectively.
- Train and optimize NLP models using relevant datasets and feedback.
- Apply basic statistical methods for:
- Demand forecasting
- Regression analysis
- Weighted averages
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
- Lead meetings to present dashboards and insights.
- Gather local feedback, explain metrics, and co-develop support documentation like data dictionaries.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of dashboards, data structures, functionality, and models.
Requisitos
✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have....
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Intermediate experience with relational databases (T-SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
- Basic proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy).
- Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of KPIs related to contact centers and customer experience.
- Familiarity with chatbot and IVR performance metrics.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting visualizations.
- Basic statistics for projection and performance evaluation.
- Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English (capable of leading presentations and negotiations).
- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.).
- BI or Analytics certification.
- Knowledge of R or other statistical languages.
- Background in Customer Support or Success in a tech environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
