Responsabilidades

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and PHP frameworks.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other backend engineers to implement features and resolve technical issues.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Design and manage database structures, queries, and migrations using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal services efficiently and securely.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
Assist in deployment processes, version control (Git), and basic server management (e.g., Laravel Forge, VPS).
Stay up to date with Laravel/PHP best practices and emerging technologies.
Work independently on tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requisitos

Strong proficiency in Laravel and core PHP development.
Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and MVC architecture.
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries and managing migrations.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party services.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
Understanding of security best practices, including validation, sanitization, and protection against common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF).
Familiarity with queues, scheduling, and event-driven architecture in Laravel is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver reliable solutions under deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred (but not mandatory if skills are proven).
