Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-powered workflows that scale acquisition, activation, and pipeline

  • Build and maintain integrations across GTM systems, ensuring clean, reliable data flow

  • Design and run experiments across outbound, routing, enrichment, and other GTM motions, and use results to inform what to scale

  • Develop and refine AI-powered workflows, including prompts, agents, and models, to improve execution and decision-making

  • Own projects end-to-end, from prototyping through rollout and enablements

  • Implement monitoring, validation, and logging to ensure systems are reliable and observable at scale

  • Track performance, adoption, and ROI of systems and experiments, and iterate based on results

  • Continuously evaluate and experiment with emerging tools and approaches in AI and GTM

  • Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI-driven GTM systems

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations or a similar technical role

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or similar for building custom logic and integrations

  • Hands-on experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms at a system or integration level

  • Practical experience applying AI or LLMs within workflows (e.g., OpenAI/Claude APIs or similar)

  • Strong ability to design experiments, analyze results, and measure impact

  • Proven ability to take projects from 0→1, from experimentation through adoption

  • Degree in decision intelligence, marketing analytics, computer science or similar field
