Responsibilities
🤓 As Backend Engineer, the company expects you to perform the following tasks.
Design and develop backend services powering our platform.
Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, observable, and secure.
Contribute to technical direction while upholding high engineering standards.
Requirements

5–6 years of professional backend engineering experience.
At least 2 years in a startup environment, owning the design and development of core systems.
High fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong expertise in Java or Python, building large-scale backend applications.
Hands-on experience with Spring (Java), FastAPI (Python), AWS, Hibernate, and Kafka.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
