Responsabilidades
- Partner with Leadership and the Platform Manager to understand open role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and match the right talent to each opportunity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for MAVI customers, building trust, managing ongoing engagements, and providing regular updates.
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their business goals, preferences, and hiring needs.
- Support the end-to-end talent matching process by reviewing candidate profiles and identifying the best-fit candidates for open roles.
- Write clear, compelling, and engaging job descriptions to attract top talent from MAVI’s internal network.
- Create professional and polished candidate profiles for presentation to customers.
- Support the hiring process end-to-end, ensuring consistent and timely communication between candidates and customers.
- Proactively resolve issues during active engagements to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and long-term success for both talent and customers.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to continuously improve account management, engagement workflows, and operational processes.
Requisitos
- 3–4+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruitment coordination, or a related role.
- Advanced English skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working with urgency and a strong customer-first mindset.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Experience working with global clients and/or in remote-first environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach.
