Responsabilidades
- Ad Trafficking and Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate delivery and tracking. Monitor ad performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper implementation of creative assets and tags.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover customer behavior patterns and actionable insights. Combine third-party data sources with internal metrics to improve decision-making and campaign efficiency.
- Automation and Optimization: Configure and maintain ad server behavior and automation tools, such as customer.io, to streamline campaign workflows. Implement and refine automated processes to enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign results.
- Reporting and KPIs: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital advertising efforts.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign strategies with business goals. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to guide content, targeting, and platform usage.
Requisitos
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in digital advertising, trafficking, or data analysis roles. Hands-on experience with ad servers, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., customer.io, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
Key Competencies: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvement. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
