Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering team in the design, development, and maintenance of our product.
Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.
Develop and implement engineering best practices and standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
Hire and manage a team of engineers to support product development efforts.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer success, to ensure that our product meets customer needs and drives revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our product remains competitive.
Work closely with customers to deliver Proofs of Concept to customers in sales processes.
Engage with final users in customer onboarding processes in collaboration with sales teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Required 5+ years of experience in NodeJS
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on product development.
2+ years of experience in a leadership role, succesfully managing a team of engineers.
Strong technical skills in some of the following: Javascript, NodeJS, Python, Java.
Experience with AWS, MongoDB, SQL databases and similar relevant technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
