QA Lead

• Develop and execute comprehensive regression, integration, and E2E test plans for our event-driven, asynchronous suite of applications.
• Collaborate with product engineers to assess and improve testability and resiliency of the system.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members and evaluate their performance as they execute your testing program
• Continuously improve QA processes and best practices.

🤓 As a QA Lead, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably with a history of managing other engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS architecture and patterns, particularly in the asynchronous, serverless, and event-driven realms.
• 1+ year of CDK/Terraform/Pulumi experience
• Proven experience in creating automated integration and E2E testing suites for large applications.
• Experience in testing event-driven, asynchronous, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and scripting languages, preferably using TypeScript
