Product Designer

🤓 As Product Designer, the company expects you to perform the following tasks.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Designer that owns all aspects of product led growth for our B2B2C features:

● Payment Links – enabling instant cash and debit card payments via a shareable link.

● Virtual Wallets – embedded digital wallets within client applications for both individuals and companies.

You will act as product strategist, growth hacker, and UX designer, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of these products:

● Lead feature roadmaps from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.

● Build and run A/B tests on user flows and deliverables; measure conversion, activation, retention, and scale every insight.

● Use data-informed design to evolve funnels, craft hooks, reduce friction, and drive adoption.

● Actively use and test features; embrace bugs, ship quickly, and learn continuously.

● Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction flows; collaborate with engineers to deliver.

● Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and track reviews to guide design strategy.

● Track user journeys and funnel drop-offs; identify weaknesses and implement improvements.

● Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to maintain design system consistency as features scale.

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have...

● Proven experience in product design, growth-focused UX, or fintech product strategy.

● Strong understanding of B2B2C dynamics, particularly in fintech, embedded finance, or SaaS.

● Experience in conversion optimization and funnel metrics, including A/B testing.

● Ability to work at a fast pace, iterate constantly, and engage deeply with product details.

● Excellent collaboration skills for working with designers, engineers, and product leads.

● Bonus: Experience with design-driven growth experiments or building fintech primitives (wallets, payments, etc.).
