Part Time Full Stack Engineer

We’re building the first professional networking platform for a niche industry. now live with 200 users. As we scale to 20K users, we need a Full Stack Engineer to migrate our codebase and develop new features. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role where you’ll work directly with our CTO and a cloud engineer.

• Migrate & refactor the existing codebase while improving performance.
• Develop & ship new features quickly in a lean, high-velocity environment.
• Write clear documentation to ensure maintainability and collaboration.
• Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and insights with the team.

5 years of software eng experience using modern code editors and other tools is a must. The below skills are also mostly required but the most important thing is to find an engineer who can learn quickly, work proactively, and ship code quickly

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, Next.js (bonus)
• Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, RESTful APIs
• Dev Tools: Git, CI/CD, Docker (preferred), AI-powered code editors (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
• Other: Performance optimization, security best practices, testing, and documentation
