Responsibilities

🚀 The Role

We're hiring a Head of Revenue (Marketing + Sales) to own how Talently grows across US and Latam, with the US market as the top priority. Reporting directly to the CEO, you own the full revenue engine of the company: you design the thesis on how we grow, which channels, with which teams. You propose it, you defend it, you execute it. We challenge, you decide, you own the result.

You lead the full motion end to end: inbound and outbound demand generation, closing, and account expansion. Your first challenges include turning our outbound motion into a predictable engine with the team of 4 SDRs you inherit, hiring a Growth Specialist to build out inbound, and owning HubSpot as a power user.

This is a hands on leadership role: you build the machine and you develop the people who run it.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  1. Own the revenue strategy. Define how Talently generates revenue and grows in LATAM and the US. You propose the strategy, defend it, and execute it.

  2. Build the outbound demand engine. You inherit a team of 4 SDRs. Your job is to put the house in order: implement the processes, rituals, and playbooks that take them to peak productivity, own the stack and the sequencing, and build a predictable demand gen engine.

  3. Build the inbound demand engine. Hire and lead a Growth Specialist covering SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), content, events, and a modest ads budget. You decide where that effort goes and how it feeds the funnel.

  4. Lead and develop the team. You'll lead a 6-person revenue team (plus a Growth Specialist) across both markets, and grow it as results justify it. Your job is to make them better: playbooks, accountability rituals, coaching, and the hard calls when needed. You teach them how to hunt, how to pitch, how to close.

  5. Establish the account expansion motion. Design the farming engine we don't have yet: triggers, cadence, pipeline, and KPIs for following up on won accounts.

  6. Own HubSpot. Governance, pipeline architecture, attribution, reporting. We may bring in outside help for implementation, but you set the direction and know the tool deeply enough to keep any agency honest.

  7. Shape what we sell. You're closest to what leads and clients are telling us, so you bring that into the room: improving our value proposition and helping decide how our services evolve.

Requirements

💪 You're the person we're looking for if...

  • You have 5+ years in B2B revenue roles, at least 2 leading Sales/SDR teams, plus exposure to marketing or demand generation. Bonus if you've sold talent: recruitment agencies, IT staffing, dev shops, or nearshore services.

  • You've genuinely developed sellers: trained them, built their playbooks, reviewed their pipeline, and made the hard calls when someone wasn't performing.

  • You can direct marketing, not just sales, enough to lead a Growth Specialist, prioritize their bets, and tell real results from vanity metrics.

  • You're a HubSpot power user and a bit of a geek about tools: pipelines, properties, workflows, reports, and the outbound stack (Apollo, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, sequencing, email deliverability). You set things up yourself and AI is already part of how you work.

  • You're diligent, high-ownership, and resilient: pre-work done properly, deliverables on time, no chasing required. You own your mistakes fast, no defensiveness, no drama, and when a quarter wobbles you keep thinking with us about what to try next.
