Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead our Buyers Squad and drive product-led growth. The ideal  candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in growth-focused product management roles, with a strong  background in acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement strategies. 

At Kontempo, we’re revolutionizing how industrial suppliers provide credit to their customers. We help Buyers access  flexible financing while enabling Merchants to offer credit without taking financial risks. Now, we’re looking for a  Growth PM to scale our Buyer base through data-driven experimentation, referral programs, and UX optimization.

● Design and execute growth strategies to scale Buyer acquisition and engagement 

● Optimize the Buyer Onboarding and Buyer Dashboard UX/UI to improve conversion rates and network  effects 

● Implement gamification, loyalty programs, and referral incentives 

● Develop data-driven experiments to identify key growth levers 

● Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align go-to-market efforts 

🔍 What we’re looking for: 

● 4+ years of experience in growth-focused product roles 

● Expertise in acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs 

● Strong data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and analytics tools 

● Familiarity with UX optimization and behavioral psychology for growth 

💼 Preferred qualifications: 

● Experience in fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces 

● Previous work in gamification, incentives, or loyalty programs
