Full Stack Engineer

🤓 As Senior Full Stack Engineer, the company expects you to perform the following tasks.

• Building and scaling features in our React + Node.js + Postgres + AWS (including S3) stack

• Designing frontend components using Next.js and Tailwind.css that present extracted patient data cleanly and intuitively

• Enhancing backend workflows to support new product features and data routing

• Working across both frontend and backend without hesitation

• Prioritizing usability and user experience in everything you ship

    • Are excited about a daily check in with the team and code + commit review

• Collaborating closely with the founding team to execute product roadmap

• Using redacted and synthetic data during development—we handle compliance so you can focus on engineering

• (Bonus) Helping navigate and implement HIPAA-compliant workflows

✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have...

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering

• Expert-level knowledge of React and Node.js

• Strong experience with Postgres and cloud tools like AWS and S3

• Comfortable jumping into both frontend and backend work

• Excited to work with an AI-enabled stack

• Cares deeply about usability and delivering great product experiences

• Experience working with finicky APIs and strong communication skills

• Able to overlap significantly with US timezones

• English proficiency required

• Not eligible for other concurrent employment while at Lime AI

• Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments + work with terraform, GCP, Vision AI
