Responsabilidades

Analyze and generate insights using supervised and unsupervised ML techniques from large application telemetry datasets.
Consolidate and manage high-value datasets through REST APIs or ELT processes into data lakes such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS S3.
Build, train, test, tune, and deploy AI models at scale in platforms like Vertex AI.
Explain insights, validate design requirements, and perform root cause analysis together with QuadSci colleagues and customers.
Collaborate on AI feature roadmaps (including GenAI applications) and manage the performance of deployed models.
Work on integration and automation of AI/ML outputs with IT teams from QuadSci or customers.
Contribute to the development of QuadSci’s AI/ML methodology and workbench as part of an early-stage startup.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data science, consulting, or product development.
Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Keras.
Proven experience with clustering, classification, regression, decision trees, and related methods.
Solid experience building predictive models (recommendations, next-best-offer, time series).
Experience with NLP for sentiment analysis and behavioral modeling.
Advanced experience with SQL and Pandas for data transformation and feature store creation.
