Responsabilidades
🤓 As Customer Success Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks.
Your mission is to ensure every customer gets maximum value from Buzzly AI, from onboarding to campaign optimization, and to
champion their success internally. You’ll play a vital role in reducing churn, increasing adoption, and building long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the onboarding process for new customers—setting them up for success from day one.
● Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to agencies and brands running paid campaigns on Meta and Google via Buzzly AI.
● Conduct regular check-ins, track performance, and proactively address issues to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
● Gather product feedback and work closely with product/tech teams to inform roadmap and resolve blockers.
● Build and maintain internal documentation and support materials to help customers self-serve.
● Track key success metrics: activation rate, product adoption, CSAT, and churn rate.
Requisitos
✨ You are the person they are looking for if you have...
● 2–4 years experience in customer success, performance marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
● Deep understanding of Meta and Google Ads campaign structure, optimization, and analytics.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you can explain complex concepts clearly and turn feedback into action.
● Organized, proactive, and highly accountable—you take ownership and drive outcomes.
● Familiarity with SaaS tools like Intercom, Notion, HubSpot, or similar.
