Responsabilidades

  • Generate and qualify outbound opportunities to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
  • Conduct targeted, highly personalized outreach to prospects instead of mass “spray and pray” campaigns.
  • Re-engage closed-lost accounts and past opportunities using insights from previous interactions and call recordings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product, target market, and customer challenges to craft relevant messaging.
  • Execute proven outbound playbooks while contributing to the creation and improvement of new strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach tactics, targeting, and messaging.
  • Manage prospect data and activity tracking using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Experiment with and optimize outreach techniques using modern sales and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sumble, Clay, and Vector.

Requisitos

  • 3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a technology company.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified opportunities and exceeding outbound activity goals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly curious, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience reporting directly to senior leadership (VP-level) without a dedicated BDR manager.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in marketing technology (MarTech) is a strong plus.
