Position Overview:

Best Office Staff Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals located in LATAM or Mexico who are fluent in English and eager to grow in a professional environment. No prior sales experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to contact-level, in-market leads.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art sales stack to manage and track outreach efforts effectively.
• Engage prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English/Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Located in LATAM or Mexico.
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Must successfully pass a combination assessment prior to the interview stage.
