About Talently Tech
Talently is redefining how companies hire top talent across the United States and Latin America.
We believe that behind every great company is a team of exceptional people. By combining AI with expert recruiting, we help startups and scaleups find, attract, and hire the talent they need to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
Since launching, we've supported more than 500 companies and facilitated over 5,000 hires across engineering, product, data, design, and more. Today, we partner with teams that are building the future across industries.
Whether you're making your first key hire or scaling an entire organization, Talently helps you access exceptional talent faster and with greater confidence, so you can build what's next.
Responsibilities
🤓 As People & Culture Analyst, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
Design and run the recurring rituals and team events that unite a remote team, creating incentives and occasions for Talenters who live near each other to meet in person.
Lead the redefinition of the company values together with leadership and make them visible in how the company hires, recognizes, and evaluates.
Redesign the performance assessment process (cadence, format, and tooling) and support the Leads in running it well.
Build the salary bands and manage the compensation cycles, keeping them fair, competitive, and sustainable.
Be the go-to partner for the Leads on talent matters: engagement, feedback, conflict, and growth conversations.
Plan and produce the company retreats, monthly all-hands, end-of-year meetings, and milestone celebrations, both in logistics and experience.
Keep a complete, always-current view of every staffed developer: who they are, where they work, and how they're doing.
And on the Talent Experience side:
Design and run the follow-up cadence with recurring 1:1 check-ins that surface how each person is really doing at their client.
Detect red flags early (disengagement, client friction, compensation concerns, burnout) and escalate them to the recruiter and the sales owner of the account.
Coordinate with recruiting and sales until each escalation is resolved, solving problems before they turn into churned talent.
