Responsabilidades
- Generate and qualify outbound opportunities to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
- Conduct targeted, highly personalized outreach to prospects instead of mass “spray and pray” campaigns.
- Re-engage closed-lost accounts and past opportunities using insights from previous interactions and call recordings.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product, target market, and customer challenges to craft relevant messaging.
- Execute proven outbound playbooks while contributing to the creation and improvement of new strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach tactics, targeting, and messaging.
- Manage prospect data and activity tracking using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experiment with and optimize outreach techniques using modern sales and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sumble, Clay, and Vector.
Requisitos
- 3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a technology company.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified opportunities and exceeding outbound activity goals.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and lead qualification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly curious, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Experience reporting directly to senior leadership (VP-level) without a dedicated BDR manager.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Previous experience in marketing technology (MarTech) is a strong plus.
