Responsabilidades
🤓As AI Lead, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:
Lead the technical direction and improvement of our AI-driven core
product.
- Break down high-level epics and projects into actionable tasks, keeping our Notion AI/DATA board organized and up to date.
- Stay ahead of AI/ML trends — proactively evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools that could enhance our stack.
- Review and guide ongoing AI code development to ensure best practices and maintain technical quality.
- Ensure bugs and technical issues are rapidly understood, prioritized, and addressed within the AI/ML domain.
- Oversee and optimize model deployments and infrastructure with a hands-on DevOps mindset.
✨You are the person they are looking for if you know:
- LangChain ecosystem (LangGraph + LangSmith) — Python
- Vector databases
- FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Web scraping frameworks and tools
- Cloud deployments on Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Basic DevOps (CI/CD, containers, monitoring, etc.)
Requisitos
