AKHU is evidence infrastructure for AI and regulated systems. It records reality and declarations about reality exactly as they were available at the time — not as they are later explained. AKHU produces cryptographically chained, independently verifiable ledgers of: – what was observed – what was known (and explicitly not known) – what was declared to be true – and where those declarations later failed Contradictions are treated as facts, not alerts. Axioms are declared by humans, recorded immutably, and never inferred. AKHU does not decide, recommend, optimize, predict, or intervene. Compromise is declared, not concealed. Each license defines a bounded observational perimeter: a finite, extractable ledger that survives audits, contracts, and hindsight.
