Lucas Fair 👋

Full Stack Developer with experience in production environments, primarily working with Angular on the front-end and Java (Spring Boot) and .NET on the back-end. I am currently involved in active client projects, where I develop new features, resolve production issues, and work with SQL databases. I have been responsible for leading development projects with a high degree of autonomy, including a complete proof of concept within tight deadlines. I focus on understanding business logic in addition to implementing solutions, prioritizing clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams. I also contribute to team organization, deployments, and provide support to other developers when needed.
