With over 10 years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) and data consulting, I am passionate about helping clients optimize their financial and operational processes, enhance their decision-making capabilities, and achieve their strategic goals. I have a strong background in EPM cloud applications, such as ARCS, EPBCS, and PCM, as well as data management, Groovy, and EPM Automate. I also hold the PMP and Oracle certifications, demonstrating my project management and technical skills. Currently, I am an EPM Lead at Globant, where I lead and deliver complex EPM projects for clients across various industries and geographies. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in EPM solutions to design, implement, and support cloud-based applications that address the client's business needs and challenges. I work with a team of EPM professionals to provide end-to-end services, from requirements analysis and solution architecture, to configuration and testing, to training and deployment. I also use my skills in Groovy, data management, and EPM Automate to automate and streamline the EPM processes, improve data quality and integrity, and enhance user experience and performance. Some of the recent projects that I have successfully delivered include a compliance and transaction matching solution for a global bank, a financial and workforce planning solution for a multinational corporation, and a profitability and cost management solution for a leading healthcare provider.
