Odys operates within a complex hybrid environment, consisting of software with four distinct platforms and both external and internal APIs.

Currently, our backend infrastructure is undergoing migration from Airtable to PostgreSQL.

The frontend development is based on a combination of JavaScript and TypeScript technologies, alongside low-code interfaces like SOFTR, blending traditional code with low- code solutions.

Our APIs are developed in PHP and Python. While expertise in Python is not mandatory, experience or interest in artificial intelligence is a significant plus. Given that we handle sensitive data, data security is a top priority, and any additional knowledge in this area would be highly valued.

• Proficiency in backend development with solid experience in designing and implementing robust server-side logic.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and handling large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and experience in building APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Familiarity with Python is a plus, especially for tasks related to automation or data processing.
• Experience with data security practices, including encryption, secure API design, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
• Experience with system performance optimization and debugging complex backend systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks for backend development (e.g., PHPUnit, PyTest).
• Understanding of low-code/no-code environments, such as SOFTR, and their integration with backend systems.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and fast-paced startup environments.
• At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience, with potential for technical leadership
