Rhay is a software engineer by profession and passion, with ten-plus years of experience developing and deploying apps and APIs. He has worked at various companies and across business domains, ranging from large corporations to two-pizza-team start-ups, from complex digital transformation processes to quick-and-dirty proofs-of-concept that needed to be out the door fast. Always with product-based thinking to deliver a delightful customer experience. In software projects, he takes on the role of software developer, architect, and coach, engaging with teams and organizations to help them align business, product, and technology strategies into modular, scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-reason-about software solutions. His industry experience includes VOD platforms, healthcare, e-commerce, and cloud adoption. He is currently working from Uruguay for US Companies.
