I am a Database Administrator and Senior Product Support Engineer with over 15 years of experience managing complex database systems and leading technical incident response in production environments. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in database architecture, performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management. I have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server, and I regularly leverage SQL for deep production investigations and root cause analysis. Today, at CookUnity, my role goes beyond traditional support. I lead high-impact incident management end-to-end, from detection and coordination to mitigation and structured postmortems, with a strong focus on reducing recurrence and improving platform reliability. What I do in practice: • Lead incident response across Product and Platform teams • Perform deep technical investigations using SQL and observability tools (Datadog) • Analyze system behavior across distributed environments (Kubernetes / AWS) • Standardize postmortem frameworks to drive systemic learning • Improve Jira workflows and automations to scale operations • Build internal knowledge systems to reduce operational friction • Act as a technical bridge between Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering Beyond technical execution, I bring strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling alignment during high-pressure production incidents. My mindset is analytical, reliability-driven, and system-oriented. I believe great support is not reactive. It is proactive, data-driven, and deeply connected to platform stability.
